Rate of Pay Increases – Latest
The average annualised wage increase (ignoring bonuses) in the UK was running at 3% over the last quarter (July-September) according to the ONS. This is the same as the previous quarter. In real terms, taking the consumer prices index into account, this represented an annual rate of increase of 2.5%, slightly down from the previous quarter.
